Today's post is about tips to stop you being your biggest critic whilst featuring my favourite sweatshirt ever and it's mega cheap so read on to find out more x

So, first of all, let's discuss the outfit. The part everyone always wants to know first.Romwe kindly sent me another one of their lush pieces and I think this is hands down the best I've received yet. As usual, I have nothing bad to say about this brand so if you need more reassurance about the quality of their clothes read my previous posts! I seriously rate them, especially if you are on a very slim student budget like me. 

You all know how obsessed I am with sweatshirts and this one is perfect. Its cropped has a circle zip which I LOVE and it features my two fave colours. I'm wearing a small and it fits perfectly.

It's the perfect piece to just throw on with some jeans and dress up with necklaces. Very happs overall. 

Now time for a bit of advice

1. Pretend

I've never been one of those girls who can walk into a room and make everyone turn around and look at them. Instead, I'm that girl who walks in head down because I'm terrified of people's first assumptions about me. We are all our own biggest critics but some of us are so hard on ourselves it's unhealthy. 

The best thing you can do is pretend. I fake confidence and how I feel about myself all the time. If you pretend you aren't anxious and insecure others won't notice it but it's when you draw attention to your insecurities people will question them. 

But most importantly remember what you hate about yourself no one else will see. 

2. Surround yourself with good people

The people you surround yourself with will have a massive impact on the way you view yourself. If you're friends with people who are equally negative about their bodies as you, it will drag you down further. Be associated with people who bring out the best in you and make you forget everything you hate about yourself. 

Body image is not the most important thing in this world but I know it's so god damn difficult when you're faced with beautiful people every single day. Trust me I get you. But focus on important things in this world, the way you look certainly is not the most important.

3. Fashion 

You won't believe how much fashion can change how you feel about your body. I'm the most confident in myself when I dress nice. Fashion will forever be the only thing that helps me have a better relationship with the way I view myself. I encourage all of you to step out of your comfort zones and wear different things. It took me a long time to work out my sense of style but experimenting is key.
